    Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) seeks a Staff Intelligence Analyst to perform analysis of complex problems to produce intelligence products. The candidate through the analysis of all-source intelligence, provides finished intelligence products for the Intelligence Enterprise, and the client. Duties include conducting independent research to identify, acquire, validate, and assess information related to broad intelligence exploitation to produce intelligence products.

    The Analyst will also be asked to evaluate and integrate all-source information to assess the relevance and significance of developments in adversary capabilities. The Analyst must be capable of briefing the products to senior leadership and performing technical tasks independently and must possess a willingness to learn new techniques to accomplish tasks through research and self-study.

    Staff Intelligence Analyst Security Clearance Requirements:

    • TS/SCI Security Clearance

    Staff Intelligence Analyst Required Experience:

    • Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen

    • Bachelor's Degree along with 5 years of Intelligence Analysis experience OR 11-13 years of experience in lieu of a degree

    • Excellent oral and written communications skills

    • Experience using intelligence reporting tools

    • Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Good planning and organizational skills

    • Very detailed oriented

    • Ability to use Microsoft Office

    Staff Intelligence Analyst Desired Experience:

    • Proficient with research/analysis tools: Palantir, Analyst Notebook

    • Experience with GEOINT, IMINT SIGINT, HUMINT, COMINT, MASINT, and/or OSINT
