Growing industrial design firm is seeking a temp-to-perm Structural Designer/Drafter. This position is located near Toledo, Ohio. The Structural Designer/Drafter will work with clients and internal team members to develop structural drawings for various industrial manufacturing projects.

The hourly rate is commensurate with experience ranging up to $36 an hour, plus other benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities

• Collaborate with structural engineers and fellow designers to develop structural drawings using AutoCAD for various elements such as structural steel, equipment layouts, stairs, handrails, and platforms

• Make occasional onsite visits to assess existing conditions and consult with the client to ensure their requirements are met
