    Skills and Requirements

    * 6+ years of experience in the construction industry focused on structural systems

    * Familiarity with US building codes and structural design standards.

    * 100% out in the field -- field observations, checking in on construction progress

    o Progress reporting to engineers, designers

    o Working heavily with contractors

    o Navigating drawings and construction safety

    * Project focused on Steel construction -- concrete and steel

    * Familiarity and experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite

    * Detail-oriented and technical, yet experienced enough to see the big picture

    * Able to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and timelines

    * Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion

    * Self-directed, highly motivated self-starter with solid writing and verbal communication skills

    * Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.

    * Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

    * Must be onsite full-time in Austin, TX * Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.

    * Experience in structural design of buildings for high-tech infrastructure, industrial, or operational facilities (semiconductor, solar, battery, etc.)

    * Familiarity with Revit Structural

    * Registered and in good standing as a Professional Engineer (PE)

    * Experience with reading and/or developing construction schedules (Primavera P6 or similar)

    * Working proficiency in Spanish Language

    * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Safety Certification

    * Experience performing inspections of concrete and steel structures null
