SUE Technician

Description

Actalent is looking for entry level SUE Technicians. Individuals will have experience in surveying or similar fields. Individuals be brought into training under management. Experience in surveying, field work, construction, outside labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required

• Must have at least 2 years of survey experience.

• Must be willing to travel.

• Experience doing subsurface utility engineering (utility designating & locating) is preferred but not required.

• Must be proficient with Survey equipment (total stations and GPS).

• Must have experience in previous jobs working outside on a regular basis preferably in extreme conditions.

• Must be willing to work on a vacuum excavation truck to perform utility locating.

• Individual will have good technical skills; behavioral traits of process oriented, steady, helpful, honest, trustworthy, adaptable, analytical, problem solver, likes work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail oriented, precise, hates mistakes and likes structure.

• Must have a valid driver\'s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
