System Engineer

Job Description

The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for providing systems support to our customers. You will join our talented team in troubleshooting a wide range of reported incidents and service requests to ensure the availability of their systems. Acting as one of the technical escalations point of contacts, you will have to opportunity to also assist in delivery, support and maintenance of various system projects and be exposed to new innovative technologies.

Skills and Requirements

Expert in Red Hat Linux ( Be able to change host and FQDN names, IP addresses changes, change domain names etc)

Expert in Red Hat Satellite 5 to 6 Upgrades with working experience

Install a new Red Hat capsules on 15+ customer sites with working experience.

Be able to run an Ansible script to build the Red Hat Capsule

Build new Red Hat Satellite server and configure.

Shell scripting and Python skill required and how to work with APIs. null
