    Opportunity

    Looking for a systems architect responsible for designing data infrastructure to extract and organize data with bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems or software engineering and or equivalent work experience.

    • 3-5 years in full-stack Microsoft BI development (SQL Server/SSIS/SSAS/SSRS).

    • 2-4 years in Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) or equivalent cloud solutions.

    • Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling. Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.

    • Programming experience in tools like SAS/SPSS/PYTHON/R is required.

    • Strong working knowledge of creating and maintaining SQL queries. Data Integration and Complex data analysis expertise

    • Experience delivering BI Solutions while leveraging visualization tools (Power BI)

    • Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining while leveraging visualization tools.

    As a Systems Project Leader you will be part of a team of skilled individuals who pride themselves on their breadth of knowledge and positive attitudes. Support project teams as necessary. Help in the design, development, and implementation of new applications in BI. Lead data architecture, transformations, and load process.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Designing, developing, and creating compelling data visualizations to support the needs of Analytics, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.

    • In conjunction with other analytic team members and partners in IT, aids in the deployment and maintenance of one or more of the following areas: effective data structures (i.e. star schema facts and dimensions, cubes, views, graphs), ETL processes, BI infrastructure (i.e. SQL Server), data visualization (i.e. Power BI), and/or analytic tools. May have duties that include data manipulation, transformation, and automation using appropriate programming languages such as SQL or SAS or Python.

    • Effective communication throughout the organization from end-users through senior level management. Ability to present complex concepts clearly in easily understood terms.

    • Reviews and validates data loaded into the data warehouse or data lake for accuracy.

    • Interacts with user community to produce reporting requirements.

    • Provides prototyping solutions, prepares test scripts, and conducts tests and for data replication, extraction, loading, cleansing, and data modeling for data warehouses.

    • Maintains knowledge of software tools, languages, scripts, and shells that effectively support the data warehouse environment in different operating system environments. Possesses working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (DBMS) and data warehouse front-end tools. Possesses working knowledge of Data Lakes and NoSQL Databases. Possesses working knowledge of ETL and ETL processes.

    • Expertise in tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, JSON, XML.

    • Ability to work across channel teams to harmonize and consolidate data. Ability to analyze and understand data sources and design a data model for data capture and ETL. Ability to identify bugs and apply fixes. Check data sanity and integrity by means of process audits.

    • Expertise in Statistical analysis in the context of business intelligence (BI) involving data collection and scrutinizing data sample in a set of items.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems or software engineering and or equivalent work experience.

    • Individual should be energetic, open minded, goal-oriented team player with leadership qualities, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of Sales personnel, effectively communicate, analyze, utilize systematic problem-solving techniques, make rational decisions, and lead/follow through on individual projects.

    The salary range for this position is $98,900 - $125,600. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
