    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions using SQL, Databricks, Postgres, and Redshift. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data architecture in the healthcare domain.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of data engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions for the healthcare company.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver robust data solutions.

    • Architect, implement, and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Databricks, Postgres, and Redshift to ensure efficient data processing and storage.

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    • Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality and scalable data solutions.

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve the company's data capabilities.

    • Experience in Agile methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering roles and 2+ years leading / maintaining data DevOps for Data Pipeline and ETL solutions with a focus on SQL, Databricks, Postgres, and Redshift.

    • Proven experience leading and managing a team of data engineers in a fast-paced environment.

    • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling in the context of healthcare industry requirements.

    • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS).

    • Hands-on experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics.

    • Familiarity with database technologies such as Postgres and Redshift.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
