What You'll Do:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for external customer support requests for the RightBytes platform, managing these interactions from the first touch to resolution.

• Provide hands-on support with configuring new hardware components for the RightBytes ecosystem, including menu boards, kiosks, and tablets.

• Address and resolve a variety of technical issues, from updating digital menus and training end-users, to troubleshooting hardware problems like barcode scanner failures.

• Contribute to the continual improvement of customer support processes and the overall user experience of RightBytes.

• Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions with precision, utilizing tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for effective communication and knowledge sharing.

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Software Development, or a related field.

• Strong foundational knowledge in hardware configurations, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to empathize with customers and translate technical solutions into user-friendly language.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for documenting technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
