    Position Overview

    As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Your familiarity

    in the M365 suite, Azure, and/or Power Platform tools will be essential for ensuring successful project delivery. We seek someone with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and customer service skills to help contribute to effective problem resolution.

    This position is located at 12720 I Street, work schedule is onsite M - Thursday with the option to work remote on Friday's.

    Responsibilities

    Technical Support and Administration

    Provide administration and technical support for Azure services, including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.

    Manage M365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

    Troubleshoot issues related to Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

    Collaborate with end-users to address technical challenges promptly and effectively.

    2.Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    Interface with business partners, data source owners, and application developers to define requirements and use cases.

    Perform quantitative analysis using SQL and other data mining tools. (Preferred)

    Develop and fine-tune ad-hoc reporting queries using SQL.(Preferred)

    3.Solution Design and Collaboration:

    Contribute to final solution design by representing data, functional, and non-functional needs.

    Work closely with development teams and technical architects to identify all aspects of data and functional requirements.

    4.Process Efficiency and Coordination:

    Establish strong working practices with Operations Change and Operations users to ensure efficient end-to-end delivery processes.

    Utilize internal project and documentation methodology to define, track, and maintain effective analysis working practices.

    5.Technical Troubleshooting and Customer Service:

    Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing user inquiries, explaining technical concepts, and guiding them through solutions.

    Escalate issues and roadblocks to appropriate level to ensure mitigations of business impact.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, Technical, Mathematics, Information Systems, Design, Business/Administration, Education, or Engineering.

    We will consider entry level candidates for this position

    Certifications (Bonus) Microsoft 365, PMP, ITIL, SCRUM, BA

    Highly motivated with effective time management skills

    Ability to communicate progress/risks to appropriate levels of leadership.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Familiarity with M365 applications and Azure services.

    Familiar with Development tools, concepts, and fundamentals.

    Understanding of XML.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
