    Job Responsibilities:

    Create and implement sales plans to penetrate new customers 
    Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities
    Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
    Conducting face to face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future business and build strong relationships
    Explore and identify all opportunities where VEST could provide effective solutions
    Understand customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues
    Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer

    Represent and convey the customer needs internally at VEST, and ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against their needs

    Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when needed
    Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs/events/campaigns




    Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering
    5+ years of technical sales, project management, or other customer service experience
    Embedded solutions experience will be a plus

    Experienced in technical solution selling, with proven track record of sales and account management

    Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
    Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
    Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
    Meets and beats deadlines
    Able to travel frequently
