Job Description

General Description/ Purpose:

• Responsible for creating and updating documents, while maintaining appropriate styles and guidelines to meet documentation guidelines.

• Conducts needs assessment and develops project plans to effectively create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update documentation, maintaining documentation standards, styles, and guidelines, as well as manage the online documentation process for assigned line of business.

• Consult with business partners on the best way to present content and increase usability.

• Conduct needs assessments, develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and perform other consulting roles to develop effective documentation for assigned line of business.

• Work closely with business-line leadership and support groups and other references.

• Perform reporting of documentation statistics.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

• Ability to work independently with strong self-initiative and high degree of flexibility.

• Able to build strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.

• Understanding of online documentation presentation best practices.

• Strong written communication skills required.

Top Requirements

• Develop a comprehensive playbook detailing practices for compliance with updated Model Governance Policy and other relevant policies.

• Define procedures for compliance with specific policy sections, including Model Implementation, Model Documentation, Validation Findings and Model Approval.

• Establish protocols for considering and addressing potential bias in models.

• Develop a Practice Guide for end-to-end Model Ops Framework deployed within the AWM Data Lake environment (a cloud-based lake using AWS environment).

• Collaborate and refresh the user agreement documents for new user onboarding, new data use and the annual attestation of practices and procedures.

• Third-party candidates will not be considered.
