    We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) professional familiar with Optim on z/OS and distributed systems to help develop and implement TDM processes within Ford Credit. The candidate will collaborate closely and continuously with teams to develop and implement TDM solutions to anonymize and refresh data in the test environments as needed.

    What you will do...

    • Work hands on with TDM software to capture, anonymize, subset and refresh data in test environments.

    • Creating consistent and repeatable/automated processes to support TDM needs.

    • Partner with Architects, Infrastructure, and IT Product teams across the organization.

    • Help establish TDM procedures to ensure production data is always anonymized prior to being refreshed in lower environments.

    • Conduct TDM knowledge sharing and best practices sessions to help build TDM acumen amongst team members.

    • Create and maintain TDM support documentation as needed.

    • Follow audit controls to ensure best practices with handling PII/SPII data.

    You'll have....

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related scientific field

    • 2+ years of experience with IBM OptimTDM software in a distributed environment

    • 2+ years of experience using IBM OptimTDM software for masking and data captures

    • 2+ years of experience with relational DBMS

    • 2+ years of experience in a Database Administrator role

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience using IBM Optim TDM software for masking and data captures for VSAM/Seq. datasets

    • Effective spoken and written communication to explain TDM information to a technical and non-technical audience

    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

    • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment and an Agile mindset

    • Demonstrated ability to learn and become productive in new concepts quickly
