    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Site Support II to join our team in the Lancaster, CA area.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • The Training Site Support II provides assistance and resources to training sites for the purpose of improving training programs and student outcomes.

    • Provide technical support, conduct site visits, collect and analyze data, and facilitate communication between training site staff and program administrators.

    • The Training Site Support II is a journeyman experienced in assisting with various resources for educational settings.

    • The Training Site Support II takes direction from more senior personnel.

    Education and Experience Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR;

    • HS and 8 years of relevant experience OR;

    • Associate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR;

    • Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR;

    • PHD and no experience

    Security Clearance Requirements:

    • This position requires a current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

    • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

    The projected compensation range for this position is $63,400-$105,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
