As part of the Program Planning family you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors.

    This position is located at our Grand Prairie, Texas location, with the possibility of relocation assistance.

    As an Early Career Integrated Program Planner, your duties may include:

    -Supporting Integrated Program Planners in the

    preparation, execution, and maintenance of new

    or existing Planning products

    -Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

    for new or existing

    development/production/sustainment programs

    leveraging the Program Summary Master

    Schedules (PSMS)

    -Maintaining schedules, supporting risk analysis,

    and identifying critical/driving paths while

    developing solutions for resolutions along with

    network logic validation/deconfliction

    -Supporting of Proposal submittal and execution

    schedule development through preparation and

    assessment of progress against established

    plans and parameters

    -Formulating and recommending corrective action

    measures such as schedule revisions, fund

    allocations, and work requirements

    -Maintaining cost and schedule integration

    throughout program lifecycle

    -Supporting the implementation and monitoring

    of Earned Value Management System

    Basic Qualifications:

    - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

    - Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    - Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives

    - Experiences developing and delivering presentations

    - Critical Path Methodology (CPM) experience

    Desired Skills:

    -Bachelor's degree

    -Must be able to obtain a DoD clearance

    -Exposure to Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)

    -Schedule oriented mindset

    -Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA

    -Exposure to Monte Carlo simulations / Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools

    -Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
