  • Waste Water Project Engineer - Hiring in Detroit, MI

    This is a Project or Process Engineering role, focusing on all types of Water Treatment and/or Wastewater projects, including Pumping Stations and CSO facilities

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Manages designs, drawings, and specifications for industrial development projects

    • Work in a teaming environment on complex urban infrastructure projects, including storm and sanitary, pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, headworks, etc.

    • Develop reports and preliminary concepts

    • Developing cost estimates and project schedules

    • Ensuring projects run smoothly and are completed on time

    • Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs including AutoCAD, Microstation, and MS Projects

    Skills

    • Wastewater

    • Civil 3d

    • Civil engineering

    • Wastewater treatment/Municipal wastewater

    Must Haves

    • Bachelor's in Civil or similar engineering degree

    • 3 plus years of Water/Wastewater project experience

    • Experience in pumping systems, biological treatment, sludge handling, clarification, and/or disinfection

    • CAD Knowledge
