    What we're looking for...

    The Website Marketing Manager oversees the maintenance and administration of company websites and will combine technical expertise with a marketing-minded approach to help advance Oatey's digital marketing strategies through website execution. This individual will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing necessary site updates and fixes in collaboration with web development agencies, troubleshooting and monitoring daily functionality related to Product Information Management (PIM) and Application Programming Interface (API), and improving and optimizing user experience.

    Expectations & Accountabilities ...

    • Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and administration of Oatey's websites, including overall technical maintenance, troubleshooting, enhancements and testing to ensure optimal site performance and user experience.

    • Partners with web development agencies to identify, prioritize, and implement necessary site updates and fixes.

    • Understands and serves as expert on connection between PIM system, API and website, troubleshooting and monitoring functionality daily.

    • Understands and serves as expert on connected modules and integrations on Oatey's websites (e.g. where to buy functionality, ratings, and reviews, etc.)

    • Recommends and implements user experience improvements for websites in alignment with business goals.

    • Publishes content to websites on regular cadence (e.g. blogs, project guides, case studies, etc.).

    • Leverages general knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to help optimize website for SEO in partnership with content teams and external agencies.

    • Serves as technology owner for marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Hubspot), responsible for ongoing database maintenance; utilizes CRM capabilities to support website (e.g. marketing automation, tracking/pixel placement and monitoring, etc.).

    • Responsible for robust monthly results reporting (web traffic, SEO, trends etc.), including recommended action items based on insights.

    • Maintains and recommends improvements to processes to ensure efficient and effective web marketing execution.

    What you'll need to be successful...

    • Minimum six years of hands-on execution experience in a digital marketing role.

    • Experience in web analytics and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).

    • Experience working in multiple CMS systems (Drupal and Wordpress experience preferred).

    • Understanding of Data Architecture and Analysis.

    • Understanding of the digital landscape, constituents, technology, and drivers of success for brand building in the digital space.

    • Experience with email marketing platforms required (ie. HubSpot, ExactTarget, etc.).

    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and last-minute changes.

    • Ability to easily shift between multiple projects as priorities dictate.

    • Ability to conceptualize abstract concepts to create simple and clean solutions.

    • Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills, technologies, and applications.

    • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or business administration or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
