    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the installation and maintenance of wellpoint systems and dewatering equipment.

    • Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to determine dewatering needs and system requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards during operations.

    • Lead and train a team of technicians in the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of wellpoint systems.

    • Conduct site assessments to identify potential challenges and plan appropriate dewatering strategies.

    • Monitor the performance of wellpoint systems, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.

    • Manage inventory of wellpoint equipment and supplies, ensuring availability for projects and maintenance.

    • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and advice.

    • Document all operations and maintain records for future reference and compliance purposes.

    • Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing solutions to prevent or mitigate water-related issues at project sites.

    • Provide regular reports to management on project status, challenges faced, and progress made.

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience in managing and maintaining Wellpoint systems

    • Strong knowledge of dewatering techniques and groundwater control

    • Minimum of 5 years of field experience in a similar role

    • Proficiency in using dewatering systems

    • Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators

    • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction and dewatering operations

    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects within strict deadlines

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to prepare reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders

    • Willingness to travel to various job sites as required

    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
