    Opportunity

    Global lead for Workday Core HR workstream, familiar with Kohler's current business processes and systems and/or Workday's leading practices for Core HR. Empowered to design the vision for standardizing and streamlining for the future. Responsible for communicating the global functional requirements to be configured in Workday and leading the Core HR Workstream team.

    As a Workday Workstream Lead with a primary focus on the Core HR module, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, documenting, and testing HCM solutions.

    Candidate must have excellent working domain knowledge on core HR business processes and employee/organizational master data coupled with global project management experience. This role will partner with stakeholders across Kohler Co. to understand business needs, define requirements, test development, and deploy solutions as part of the Workday and HR Digital Experience teams.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Functional ownership of the Core HCM module of Workday, responsible for maximizing the value of the module and ensuring the module delivers customer expectations in line with overall business strategy and desired outcomes.

    • Partner with global stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities leveraging Workday functionality.

    • Communication of workstream updates and progress to platform and program leaders including overall workstream status, risks, decisions, and impacts.

    • Delivery of an exceptional associate and manager experience with critical inputs to the training, communication, and change management support needed for successful adoption.

    • Effective troubleshooting and/or escalation of roadblocks impeding workstream progress and risks causing potential impact to workstream or program success.

    • Representation as the "voice of the associate", identifying opportunities to optimize the user experience and driving teams to configuration and functionality decisions that address them.

    • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions, leveraging the capabilities of Workday, ServiceNow, and other available technology platforms

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

    • Willing to travel 10%-20%

    • 4+ years of experience of project management experience, ideally with an emphasis in cross-functional and global/cross-cultural projects

    • 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Operations and/or HR Technology role in a global organization

    • Experience with end-to-end HR processes and service delivery.

    • Ability to assess organizational needs/desires, balance them with leading practice and out of the box functionality, and design a future state in partnership with stakeholders that aligns with leading practice and guiding principles.

    • Strong initiative, ownership and follow through on tasks; drives decisions and is highly results oriented.

    • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority, providing direction, mentoring and guidance to peers while motivating the team toward a common objective.

    • Transformational thinker with a growth mindset and a steady eye on continuous improvement and organizational advancement

    • Collaborative and consultative mindset, able to guide others in identifying business solutions

    • Prior HCM implementation experience, preferably Workday, highly preferred.

    • Experience leading projects/workstreams to deliver system implementations in large, global, matrixed organizations highly preferred.

    • Experience with other HR-related software and tools (including Service Now) highly preferred.

    The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $111,150. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
