Workflow Spec - ISC Technician

As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the training/repair sewing department. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations, human resources, customer service and quality to improve coordination and communication between departments. You will report directly to a Senior Supervisor and work on location at our Dayton facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct new hire sewing skill test assessments

Onboard training for new hire sewers before placement into production. Assess and provide specific skill training for machine type and process required by operations.

Coordinate repair/alterations with Quality department RMA process and lead two skilled sewers to complete tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve coordination and communication

Optimize workflow processes to increase productivityYOU MUST HAVE

Experience in Sewing

Demonstrated Leadership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

WE VALUE

HFR/Morning Pride product knowledge and 5 years of sewing experience utilizing various industrial type sewing machines

Experience in process improvement methodologies

Knowledge of workflow management software
