  • Our client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team.The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible in identifying and improving the outcomes of manufacturing, operational, and business processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

    Job Title: Continuous Improvement Engineer

    Location: Peru/ Wabash, IN area

    Pay Range: $80-90k

    What's the Job?

    • Evaluate, formulate, and support all CI projects approved by management that will directly impact the corporate goals set forth.

    • Organize project and resource prioritization meetings to foster clear communication, minimize resource over-utilization, and drive results.

    • Identify activities and opportunities in the organization that promote improvements to operational goals (direct labor, direct material, and overhead variances).

    • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.

    • Document data obtained during all CI activities, consistent with company policies and procedures

    What's Needed?

    • 3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma Practices
