What you will do:

Reporting to the Global Configuration Lead, main responsibilities of this role will include:

Business Analysis

• Design and deliver customer centric systems solutions

• Convert business requirements to IT solutions

• Work as liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements

Learn/Maintain Existing Systems

• Maintain existing systems to standards agreed with specific business community using product

• Provide development support where appropriate

Project Management and Compliance

• Project leadership using appropriate methodology

• Lead and support compliance activities

Regulatory Compliance

• Understand country related compliance applicable to specific positions

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of experience

• CPQ experience

• Product knowledge and/or NOVO experience

• Technical infrastructure/system exposure and understanding

• Project Management

• System Development Life Cycle

• Business Improvement Processes

• Business analyst skills

• Excellent PC skills

• Understand generic business processes within assigned area of expertise
