Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented IIoT Solution Engineer who will be based in our Berea, Kentucky or Craigavon, UK locations .

What you will do

• Design and improve manufacturing systems through sensing, acquisition and use of data to drive increases in productivity, product quality and business feedback.

• Establishframework to support effective development, testing, and optimization in the digital environment with input from real world processes or systems andmerge the two worlds.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes within an organization in a data driven manner.

• Collaborate with IT and Digital Strategy Group to define and apply the right level of data governance to our Manufacturing data acquisition process.

What you will need

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.

• MS in Engineering, Management, IT or equivalent technical degree preferred.

• PMP certification desired.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.

• Management skills, manufacturing and product knowledge, leadership and motivational skills, problem solving and decision-making skills
