Mechanical Designer

Job Description

An employer in the Cincinnati, OH area is a Mechanical Designer to support the development of future technologies for the vehicle industry. Responsibilities include:

-Design future products using NX. This work may include mechanical and/or electrical engineering hardware

-Lead the package integration of various powertrains and associated sub-systems

-Develop packaging concepts

-Support the release process and PLM administration

-Support the identification and selection of suppliers to support prototype and production needs

-Perform stack analysis of assemblies

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years in product design in the automotive, aerospace, or medical device industry

-Expert in 3D CAD with a history of creating 2D prints

-Competency in ASME Y14.5 GD&T -NX null
