  • As a VRM Specialist you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

    What you will be doing:

    • Provide support to the VRM Lead through meeting coordination, documentation management and communication needs for the integration and implementation of new vendors and operating model(s), to deliver:

    • Drive the creation of end to end operating model

    • Understand / refine scope of work from vendor/partner

    • Determine Gaps and how to fill if not end to end.

    • Determine customized Governance / Oversight based on study team and strategic site partnership

    • Assess sub-contracting oversight by vendor or partner

    • Partner with SS&P to manage contractual risks and compliance risks against contract

    • Quality agreement development and create fit for purpose KPIs, KQIs plus additional operational metricsAccess and review of Vendor/Partner Documents, procedures, TMF, etc (determine mode)

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success.

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of project activities, milestones, and deliverables.

    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

    • Identify and escalate project risks and issues, and collaborate with team members to develop mitigation strategies

    • Lead the scheduling and coordination of functional meetings and VRM led workshops (both internal and with vendors

    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing process enhancements to optimize project execution

    • Provide support to Vendor Management Operations to enable prioritization of activites supporting novel engagements.

    • Maintain and manage folders and documentation on network drive, SharePoint, and Teams' sites

    • Record, manage and maintain minutes from applicable VRM meetings, workshops

    • Coordinate and maintain applicable functional workflows while identifying opportunities for efficiencies by making recommendations for solutions to issues.

    • Provide support to applicable VRM projects and Strategic Imperative

    • Use judgment to escalate issues to the appropriate team members for consideration and resolution.

    • Apply knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.

    You are:

    • Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or project management preferred.

    • Highly collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills; effective customer service; ability to interact with all levels of employees and maintain confidentiality.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy.

    • Able to work independently, and exercise sound judgement and decision making

    • High Level of organizational skills and attention to detail is required

    • A quick learner that can shift gears comfortably

    • Self starter who takes initiative, and can handle risk and uncertainty

    • Requires minimum of 3 days on-site in Basking Ridge, NJ
